The right person is one who has a strong passion and vision for children's ministry and is gifted in administration. The person will set the vision for our children's ministry over the next 5 years and then with an infectious joy and passion will lead ministry volunteers to achieve that vision. This person will need strong administration and people skills to serve at the Ministry Assistant to the Senior Pastor.
