Truro Church, Fairfax, Va., a biblically orthodox, Anglican Church, is seeking a Worship Leader for our Sunday evening contemporary service, as well as other weekly classes and worship gatherings. Key responsibilities as a member of the Worship & Arts team will include:
Serving in partnership with the Worship & Arts team (Worship & Arts Director,
Associate Director, and Choir Director) in providing oversight and planning for contemporary worship offerings which include
Sunday evening "Alive @ 5" service
The Alpha Course
The 11th Hour - Saturday Evening Young Adults Gathering
Youth gatherings and events
Twice yearly Teaching Missions
Lay Training Events
Prayer Ministry
Contemporary Worship Training
Sunday morning liturgical services as needed (8:30 & 11:15)
Other holiday or special events

The successful candidate should possess a mature and growing Christian faith, demonstrate strong musicianship in vocal and guitar skills, possess leadership and administrative gifts, and be well-versed in a variety of contemporary music that leads people into God's presence, to proclaim God's praise. Keyboard skills are also desirable, but not mandatory.
