Crossroads Community Church, a growth oriented multi-service/ multi-venue/ multi-ethnic church located in Elkhart County, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Director to lead all aspects of ministry to children and families. Serving over 350 children each week, this ministry is critical to meet our vision of ‘connecting people to God'.

We are looking for a person who has:
A call to ministry
A mature faith
Theology consistent with a Wesleyan Armenian view.
Excellent character/attitude
Strong organizational ability
Strong interpersonal skills
Children's ministry experience
Understanding of childhood development
Familiarity with children's curriculum
Ability to recruit and train volunteers
Ability to develop other leaders
Ability to develop events which will build community
Ability to create and implement large scale outreach events
