Van Dyke Church is a thriving church in the Tampa Bay area averaging over 2200 in worship each weekend. We are passionate about leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Our worship ministry pursues a high level of excellence in original artistry, creativity, production & technology, and authentic spirit-filled worship. We have guitar driven worship consistent with artists like Steve Fee, Chris Tomlin, New Life Church & Desperation Praise Band, Hillsong United etc..
We are seeking a worship leader who will bring passion and excellence to our worship. Must be proficient at leading on guitar. Piano proficiency a plus. Must have professional experience leading and building teams of musicians and vocalists. While we use a core of paid musicians we also have a large volunteer base so you must have a heart for volunteer development and recruitment. Must be a team player as well as be able to lead a worship planning team through the creative/planning process. Must be able to incorporate loops and click tracks into the worship sets.
