The Director of Children's Ministry works under the direct supervision of the Senior Pastor and the Staff/Parish Replations Committee within the areas of Children/Youth Sunday School and the Children's Program.

This position must be able to guide children to be strong in their faith and to help them build healthy relationships with other children. The Director of Children's Ministry must support the mission and vision of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and have previous experience working with children. This position will also require effective collaboration with other areas of ministry. A background check will be required.
