General Summary of Duties In partnership with the Worship Ministry Leader, responsible for assisting with the Worship Team, Adult Praise Band, and the leadership of the Youth Praise Bands. Must be theologically grounded and have a passion for the modern worship setting. Must possess excellent technical and musical knowledge and be proficient on computer and music software programs. Must be proficient in charting and arranging music and able to read, write and interpret musical scores. Proficiency vocally and with playing guitar or piano is essential. Spiritual gifting in leadership, creative communication and shepherding preferred.

Must be a committed follower of Jesus Christ, striving to grow in one's faith.
Must be committed to Grace's mission and vision.
Partner with the Lead Pastor as he/she works to lay out vision for worship service experiences.
Establish and maintain quality worship experience.
Develop a team of musicians and vocalists who understand their own need to exude Christ through worship and through the sharing of their gifts.
Typical Working Conditions:
Work is typically performed on stage, in an office, or behind the scenes in a production setting, however, may vary depending on event. The ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time is required.
Experience:
Minimum two years experience working with worship music with a proven record of excellence. The church is looking for someone with strong vocal and instrumental skills.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education/work experience.
Salary is $165.00 a week with an estimated workload of 15 hours per week.
