Job Description:

West Avon Congregational Church,nestled in the beautiful Farmington Valley, is looking for dedicated, dynamic people to fill two part time positions. The 'Director of Discipleship' position is a 25 hour per week position that is responsible for coordinating our Christian Education Program. The 'Director of Youth Ministries' is responsible for guiding our pre-teens and teens in their Christian Faith formation and is a 15 hour per week position. Both positions provide 5 weeks off in the summer, vacation and competitive salary. We would be willing to combine the positions for a candidate with the right skill set.
