Overview: Tate Springs Baptist Church is a multi-generational conservative Southern Baptist Church looking for a Pastor of Children's Ministry who can operate in a family-based model of ministry in a team approach with pastoral staff. Our total Sunday morning attendance is 550 – 650 with 525 in Sunday School of which 150 are preschool and elementary students.
General Responsibilities: Shepherd and serve children and families through the oversight of all aspects of Preschool and Children's Ministry; Current programming includes Sunday School, Children's Church, AWANA, Bible Drill / Bible Buddies, and events such as Vacation Bible School and Summer Camp. Applicants will work in a team concept with pastor and staff to accomplish full intergration and synergy of overall church vision as we implement it together.

The church has enjoyed stability in leadership. The senior pastor is forty-eight and has served our congregation for nine years. There is a strong sense of unity and cooperation in the body. We are uniquely aligned with the Southern Baptists of Texas, have a $1.6 million annual church budget and a weekday education ministry with almost 200 children age 18 months through seventh grade which operates on a budget of $1 million.
