Contemporary church of about 550 average (average youth group attendance – 80) searching for a full time Jr. High & Sr. High youth minister who models a growing relationship with Christ and is called to youth ministry. We are looking for someone who is passionate about reaching teens for Christ and will do whatever it takes to reach them. We need someone who will strive to build and maintain personal relationships with teens and help cultivate their walk with Christ.
In the beginning this person will be working closely with the present youth minister of 13 years as he transitions to an associate minister position. As God leads, this position will be turned over to the one God chooses to come on board with us. This person will also have the freedom to develop, change and adjust the youth ministry as God leads.
