Job Description:

YOUTH PASTOR

Hillcrest Bible Church is seeking a Christ-exalting, Bible-saturated youth pastor to give strategic leadership to our ministries for children and students. We seek a man whose heart resonates with our own developing vision, to glorify God by making disciples of all nations.

This position will primarily be focused on student ministry (7th-12th grade - 70%), with a secondary focus on overseeing the volunteer leaders of the children's ministry (infants - 6th grade - 30%).

The right person will have strong gifts in leadership and teaching, with a track record of successfully developing leaders for ministry. While he must understand and communicate well to the youth culture, his primary job will be recruiting and equipping adult leaders who will invest in the lives of children and students.

Oregon is a bedroom community to nearby Madison with enormous potential for growth.
