Harvest Evangelical Free Church, (250+ ) Beaver Dam, WI, is accepting inquiries from men who are interested in serving the Lord as pastor to the youth of Beaver Dam and surrounding communities. Beaver Dam is a thriving community of about 20K, located 45 minutes north and east of metro Madison and 45 minutes north and west of metro Milwaukee. Our YP will join our Sr. Pastor and Associate Pastor of Worship and Small Groups as they lead our congregation in engaging our community, nation and world in order to be used of God in helping people become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Ministry responsibility will be 30% to HS Youth, 30% to MS and 5th and 6th Grade Youth, 15% provide resourse and general support of preschool through 4th grade ministry, 15% to Young Adults and 10% general pastoral duties.
