Job Description:

First Church is seeking a Director of Children’s & Youth Ministry, as a full-time member of the ministry staff.

We are an established church in a growing community – with great vision for the future.

This person will work to create a children’s & youth ministry which is excellent, inspiring non-Christians to make an initial commitment to Jesus Christ as well as inspiring others to a full commitment to our Lord. The Director of Children & Youth will strive for a seamless transition between children & youth ministries.

Qualifications:
Is a committed Christian and exhibits the character, commitment and competence to provide ministry leadership.
Ability to recruit, train and develop servant leaders.
Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing program ministry for children and youth.
A college degree in a related field.
